Last month Leon Britannico successfully defended his championship title against the ever angry Estupido who was trying to take his revenge on Wossy but couldnt as Wossy was a no show.
It was a closely fought battle but our champ prevailed in the end.

Jonathan Ross fights back at Lucha Britannia's Estupido after wrestler insulted comic book fans

It was a moment to be savoured as Jonathan Ross climbed into the Lucha Britannia wrestling ring last month & faced off against Estupido the Human Torpedo.
The pair had been in a Twitter war with each other for some time and at Mark Millar's Kapow! Comic Convention last month, Estupido went a step too far in ripping up Wossy's new comic book, America's Got Powers, in front of thousands of superhero aficionados.

As can be seen in this you tube clip, Jonathan steps up to defend the comic book community after Estupido assaults a 'member' of the audience!

 Even the national daily tabloids were there to document the historic event.

Lucha Britannia on the Red Carpet for Avengers Assemble UK Premiere!

Its been a wild month for the team at Lucha Britannia including an appearance on the red carpet for the UK première of Avengers Assemble!

Lucha head honcho Shiro, aka Garry Vanderhorne & his beautiful partner, artist Izaskun Gonzalez, lead the way for the other stars to follow at a star studded event in London with host Jonathan Ross hosting the proceedings & introducing the major Avengers stars, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Renner, Clark Gregg & Cobie Smulders, only Samuel L Jackson was missing from the illustrious group.
