Due to popular demand, London's subversive masked wrestling entertainment giant, 'Lucha Britannia', opens it's doors for 'The London School of Lucha Libre'!

The classes are set to start next month for over boys and girls over 18 years of age, and will cover all aspects of pro wrestling in the world today with a firm emphasis on the Mexican masked art of Lucha Libre.

Lucha Libre, literally translated means 'Free Fight', which flamboyantly uses every possible fighting methodology, gymnastics, psychology and techniques available in the world to forge you into a real life superhero or villain in pro wrestling.(Tecnico or Rudo)
Lucha Britannia's creator, Garry Vanderhorne with Mexico's legendary Luchador, Blue Demon Jr

There will be a strict syllabus with gradings at the end of each module to denote the progression from beginner through to fully fledged Luchador or Luchadora!
The course will mix the acrobatic style from Mexico with the traditional British style, covering both countries rich heritage of wrestling and splendour while also giving sufficient module time to the north American style and Japanese strong style of working.
Upon graduation you will be bestowed a mask and your first Lucha name!

Lucha Britannia secretly & not so secretly feature the UK's wrestling scenes finest performers, some going on to fame over seas or become WWE world champions! (as was the case with Sheamus!)
Our 'LSLL' instructors are of the very highest standards with years of training and performance experience, all of them consistently featuring at the top in the UKFF top 50 wrestlers within the last 4 years.
Warm ups and circuit training are strenuous and essential!
Studies not only show that circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance but also that circuit training helps men and women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.

Although in close association with Lucha Britannia and the British Wrestling Council, The London School of Lucha Libre is an independent entity, is fully insured and can offer its students a solid, safe and rewarding learning ground to becoming a professional wrestler...masked or un-masked!

Whether it's for the fitness and agility, the fun and the costumes or whether you are serious about becoming a real life Luchador and professional wrestler, then the LSLL could be for you!
